Payment Policy:

Our preferred form of payment is either COD, Prepay or Credit Card. Additional discounts are offered to both COD and prepay customers. We do not bill customers For COD charges, means customers do not have to pay extra for receiving COD shipments. We also offer open terms of net 15 and net 30 at a very limited basis but not during the first year of becoming dealer.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We take pride in everything we make. That's why only quality workmanship and premium materials go into everything we make. All Hispar products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects for a complete one year.

In an unlikely event of defective Hispar product, we'll make things right. You can return defective item to: Hispar Inc., Customer Service Department, 9807-S Harwin Dr, Houston, TX 77036, USA. Merchandizes must be unworn and unaltered with their tags intact and in original packaging.

If Hispar determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair it or will replace it.

This policy does not apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair.

Shipping & Handling Policy:

We normally ship FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground. We can also ship air for rush order at customer's request.
